At NMN.lk, we aim to ensure that every confirmed order is processed and fulfilled correctly.
Refund Policy
NMN.lk does not generally offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or simply deciding that a product is no longer required after the order has been confirmed.
Eligible Case: If NMN.lk is unable to fulfil a confirmed order due to product unavailability or another issue on our side, the customer will be eligible for a refund.
Processing Timelines for Eligible Refunds:
- Standard refunds will normally be processed within 2–3 working days after approval.
- For payments made through Koko, Payzy, MintPay, or similar payment services, the refund process may take up to 14 working days, depending on the payment provider's processing time.
- The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Return Policy
Customers cannot return a product without a valid reason after the order has been delivered.
Eligible Case: A return request may be considered where the customer has received an incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise eligible product.
Return Requirements & Process:
- Customers should contact NMN.lk promptly with their order details, purchase invoice, and relevant photos or videos where necessary.
- The product may need to be inspected by NMN.lk before the return or warranty claim is approved.
- Products must be returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other items supplied with the product, wherever applicable.
Ineligible Returns
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or modifications are not eligible for return under this policy.
Issues covered by the product's 14-day checking warranty or any additional stated warranty will be handled according to our Warranty & Service Policy.
